What you will do

  • Drive substantial sales growth across strategic and high-potential MNC accounts in the South East Asia region.
  • Expand the share of wallet in existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling secure connectivity and digital workplace solutions.
  • Identify and acquire new high-potential target accounts aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers to position BT's solutions as business value drivers.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure, utilizing Salesforce for forecasting and data accuracy.
  • Develop and execute proactive account plans and hunting strategies to increase incremental sales margin (ICGM).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in relationship management and direct B2B sales, including both account management and new business acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of the Singapore regional market dynamics and enterprise customer landscape.
  • Ability to craft creative solutions for complex business challenges in cross-geography and cross-cultural environments.
  • Experience in strategic thinking and influencing decision-making for complex technical solutions.
  • Capability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment.

  • Proficiency with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and propensity models.
