What you will do
- Identify and expand the company's footprint with strategic media agencies, holding companies, and direct brand clients.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships across complex agency structures, from trading desks to executive planning teams.
- Deliver consultative sales proposals that align the company's value proposition with client business objectives.
- Drive the adoption and onboarding of the Ad Manager self-serve interface through detailed product demonstrations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Ad Operations, Insights, and Creative Studio teams to ensure campaign success.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce for precise revenue forecasting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of digital media sales experience, preferably in ad technology or agency partnerships.
- Established network of connections with major advertising Agency Holding Companies and direct brands in Singapore.
- Deep technical knowledge of the programmatic advertising landscape, digital metrics, video, display, and CTV solutions.
- Proven track record of winning large accounts and managing complex sales cycles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a consultative approach to creative problem-solving.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
