What you will do
- Execute a comprehensive territory plan to consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Cultivate long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and lead executive-level transformation narratives.
- Collaborate with top partners to co-sell and drive regular forecast and pipeline cadences.
- Translate customer network architectures into successful platform sales to secure AI-driven workloads.
- Manage contract negotiations and structure multi-year, multi-product commercial commitments.
- Maintain high standards in pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene using Salesforce and Tableau.
Requirements
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding multi-million dollar quota targets in high-growth tech firms.
- Must be based in Beijing, China with a willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
- Strong understanding of computer networking and cloud security technology.
- Proficiency in modern sales software, including Salesforce and Tableau.
- Cultural fluency and language proficiency for the South China market required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
