What you will do

• Provide L3 24/7 on-call support for critical customer-facing applications, ensuring quick troubleshooting and permanent fixes.
• Install, configure, and tune middleware applications including Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Tomcat, and IIS.
• Develop automation suites using GitHub and Ansible to streamline application deployment.
• Set up proactive monitoring across all application stack layers using NewRelic.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to migrate cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) back to on-premise data centers to optimize costs.
• Centralize production logging environments using Graylog.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in application services and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments and a deep understanding of network protocols (HTTP, TLS, TCP, UDP, etc.).
• Experience with web servers (Apache, Nginx, IIS) and load balancers (F5, HAProxy).
• Strong English communication skills for technical problem-solving and guidance.
• Ability to provide rotational on-call support for system outages.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with various message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, IBM-MQ, ActiveMQ, etc.).
• Knowledge of source control management and CI/CD automation processes.
• Fluency in Spanish.
