IT Service Continuity Manager (Disaster Recovery): Overseeing and maturing the IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) practice across all brands with an accent on structural resilience and rapid recovery. Focus on designing recovery scenario simulations, governing service-tiering models (RTO/RPO), and leading the technical response during catastrophic outages.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office), must be based in Sydney or Melbourne

What you will do
- Govern and mature the ITSCM and Disaster Recovery practice across the enterprise, moving toward a proactive resilience framework.
- Develop and maintain detailed recovery plans, strategies, and roadmaps aligned with business continuity strategies.
- Establish service-tiering models to categorize IT services by criticality and define RTO and RPO targets.
- Design and execute recovery scenario simulations ("Game Days") to ensure technical teams are prepared for real-world events.
- Lead and orchestrate the technical response during catastrophic outages to ensure rapid service restoration.
- Directly lead, manage, and mentor a team of Disaster Recovery coordinators.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience in ITSCM, Disaster Recovery, or Major Incident/Resiliency roles within a large-scale enterprise.
- Deep knowledge of IT Service Continuity management methodologies and best practices.
- Proven experience in relationship management and working within a service integrator or vendor space.
- Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications such as ITIL, Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), or CISSP.
