Technical Solutions Engineer (Networking): Providing Tier 3 technical support and escalation for data-driven networking solutions with an accent on troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues in large-scale environments. Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia). Must have Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or demonstrable legal entitlement to work in Australia

What you will do
- Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone and written communication.
- Resolve complex concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, and product compatibility.
- Troubleshoot hardware equipment and software applications to recommend corrective actions.
- Document customer communications and recurring technical issues to improve product quality.
- Collaborate with software/hardware engineering, product management, and sales teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, deploying, and troubleshooting network protocols (BGP, OSPF, EVPN, VXLAN, etc.).
- Proficiency with troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, tcpdump, and IXIA.
- Strong comfort level with Linux operating systems.
- B.S. or M.S. in a technical field (Computer Science or Networking preferred).
- Legal entitlement to work in Australia is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Experience with programming or scripting languages (Python, C++, Java, Perl, JavaScript, shell).
- Knowledge of Cloud Environments and Automation.
- Relevant industry certifications.
- Prior experience in a Technical Assistance Center (TAC) environment.
