What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for entering traditional global electronic markets.
• Build and lead an elite team of Alpha Researchers, Quant Traders, and Quant Developers.
• Define capital allocation frameworks and manage investment across market data, compute, and connectivity.
• Partner with the CTO to integrate AI and agents into research-to-production workflows.
• Implement disciplined post-trade analysis and operational cadences to ensure scalable performance.
• Navigate regulatory and structural frictions in traditional markets to ensure successful cross-border access.

Requirements

• 8+ years of systematic trading experience at a top-tier prop firm or market maker.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
• Deep expertise in Futures and Equities microstructure and electronic execution.
• Proven ability to build operational frameworks and hiring plans from scratch.
• Strong technical understanding of the full trading lifecycle, including simulation and risk management.
• Must be based in Singapore or willing to work onsite.
