What you will do

• Coordinate the delivery of professional development programs in South Korea and the AP region.
• Lead the bidding, award, and ongoing management process for professional development providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure enrollment targets are met and services align with school needs.
• Manage and update all provider-related documentation, policies, and agreements.
• Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders and provide tier 2 support for inquiries.
• Represent the department in cross-functional collaborations to implement holistic market solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Fluency in Korean (oral and written) is required.
• Excellent English oral and written skills (C1 level).
• Significant experience in vendor management and/or demand analysis.
• Demonstrable professional experience in an education environment.
• Ability to travel internationally (10-15%).
