What you will do

• Manage local operational services, including financial management and procurement.
• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations, facilities, and health & safety.
• Coordinate with UK-based Client Servicing & Operations (CS&O) and finance teams to support local delivery.
• Manage vendor performance, sourcing, and contract compliance in alignment with group policies.
• Ensure adherence to MAS regulatory requirements and internal operational controls.
• Support the scaling and initial setup of the Singapore business entity.

Requirements

• Experience in the insurance or reinsurance industry.
• Proven experience working with MAS-regulated entities in Singapore.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore.
• Ability to operate within a matrixed, multi-jurisdictional organization.
• Experience supporting the setup or scaling of new organizations.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating across different time zones and cultures.
