What you will do

• Lead technical sales processes through discovery, requirements gathering, and validation.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations aligning the product portfolio with customer business challenges.
• Manage and interpret customer requirements to anticipate and exceed needs.
• Define and execute successful Proof of Concepts (POC).
• Collaborate with account executives and overlay teams for strategic deal wins.
• Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 7+ years of experience supporting multiple software products into sophisticated accounts.
• 1+ years of experience with Conversational AI or Digital Transformation solutions for enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively from C-level executives to front-line employees.
• Strong presentation skills and experience building storyboards for demos and POCs.
