What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, shape account strategies, and drive complex deals to closure.
• Educate customers on the business value of event-driven architecture (EDA) and agentic AI strategies.
• Lead high-impact technical demonstrations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and Proof of Value (PoVs).
• Architect solutions using the hirify.global Event Broker and Agent Mesh to solve real-world architectural challenges.
• Evangelize core EDA concepts including pub/sub, event sourcing, CQRS, and choreography vs. orchestration.
• Provide customer-driven insights to the Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales or solutions engineering selling complex enterprise software.
• Proven ability to lead technical evaluations and communicate business impact to executive stakeholders.
• Experience with event-driven architecture or streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS, or MQTT).
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen).
• Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes.
• Must be able to travel up to 35% across North America.

Nice to have

• Programming proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of A2A (Agent-to-Agent) and MCP (Model Context Protocol) communication patterns.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT security, networking, and compliance considerations.
