What you will do

• Lead paid search strategy and performance management for multi-product media investments exceeding $100M.
• Drive campaign architecture, optimization, and execution across SA360, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
• Develop strategic planning, forecasting, budgeting, and testing roadmaps aligned with client growth goals.
• Translate complex performance trends into executive-level recommendations and action plans.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of four Paid Search Specialists through coaching and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Strategy, and Creative teams to ensure integrated marketing alignment.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US; this position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• 6+ years of experience managing enterprise-level paid search programs in agency or client-side environments.
• 2+ years of staff management experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Deep expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, campaign automation, and bidding frameworks.
• Experience supporting complex performance marketing for SaaS, fintech, or HR/payroll businesses.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4 and enterprise analytics platforms.
