• Collaborate with designers and editors to produce high-volume, high-quality assets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of organic social work with a specific focus on short-form video for Instagram and TikTok.
• 2+ years in a Director-level or equivalent leadership role managing teams and content strategy.
• Hands-on creation ability: Must be proficient in Figma, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Portfolio required: Must showcase organic content work and evidence of moving metrics like watch time and engagement.
• AI fluency: Proven experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Midjourney) to increase content speed and volume.
• Location: Must be based in the US and comfortable working in the EST time zone.
