Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days onsite per week)
Salary: $123,200 - $140,000 per year (plus competitive bonus)

What you will do
- Own paid social strategy and execution end-to-end across Meta and emerging biddable platforms, accountable for budget pacing, bidding, audiences, and creative performance.
- Lead paid influencer and creator acquisition from partner identification and briefing through whitelisting/partnership ads, measurement, and scaling what works.
- Drive efficient growth in First-Time Shoppers by concepting, briefing, and rapidly testing and iterating ad creative.
- Partner with Creative to translate performance signals into clear creative briefs and feed learnings back into the next round of concepts and formats.
- Build and run a continuous creative experimentation roadmap with structured testing and read-outs that compound learnings over time.
- Collaborate with Lifecycle and Media Operations to ensure acquired users are tracked through engagement and retention, with standardized tracking and decision-grade reporting.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on paid media experience with deep expertise in paid social (Meta required).
- Proven track record scaling user acquisition through creative-led paid social and a clear point of view on what drives performance creative.
- Hands-on experience running paid influencer/creator campaigns and managing creator relationships.
- Strong analytics skills with fluency in CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and downstream quality/retention signals.
- Demonstrated experimentation mindset with structured creative tests and measurable read-outs.
- Ability to navigate platform policies and the cannabis regulatory landscape to maintain compliance for accounts and creator partnerships.
