What you will do

• Develop and maintain core positioning and messaging frameworks for the AI Operating System for education.
• Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Enablement to build GTM motions for various market segments.
• Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
• Conduct competitive analysis and track EdTech/AI market trends to identify opportunities.
• Synthesize voice-of-customer insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate technical roadmaps into market-facing narratives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product marketing experience in EdTech, B2B SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Proven ability to develop differentiating positioning in competitive markets.
• Experience marketing products with complex value propositions to multiple buyer personas.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to make technical concepts accessible.
• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments where priorities shift.
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
