What you will do

• Drive GTM for LangSmith Fleet across both sales-led and product-led growth (PLG) motions.
• Develop positioning and messaging for the website, sales materials, launch assets, and campaigns.
• Create technical content including launch blogs, solution briefs, customer stories, and demo narratives.
• Equip sales and customer-facing teams with talk tracks, objection handling, and competitive context.
• Partner with demand generation to turn product narratives and use cases into pipeline-driving campaigns.
• Synthesize customer feedback, product usage signals, and market trends to improve GTM strategy.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of experience in product, developer, or solutions marketing.
• Experience with technical products such as AI/ML tools, B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or platform products.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-facing messaging.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content quickly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and iterative work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the LLM, agent, or AI application development ecosystem.
• Experience supporting both technical buyers and business/end-user audiences.
• Background in PLG motions, onboarding, activation, and self-serve adoption.
• Experience partnering with sales on enterprise deals and account-based campaigns.
