Senior Account Executive – Brand & Consumer (Chile) (Sales): Drive growth and development of hirify.global’s Brand/Consumer business in Chile with an accent on profitable revenue expansion, commercial strategy execution, and disciplined pipeline management. Focus on building senior client relationships, leading forecasting and operational planning, and improving RFP participation and win rate.

Location: Los Conquistadores 1730, Piso 22, Santiago, RM, Chile

Salary: CLP 26,643,000 - CLP 40,923,600 yearly

What you will do

  • Own Brand/Consumer revenue and cost OP in Chile, driving long-term profitable growth.
  • Lead commercial strategy for Chile, partnering with South Cone leadership to retain, grow, and acquire accounts.
  • Manage pipeline end-to-end, ensuring accurate forecasting and sales governance.
  • Build and grow client and prospect relationships; monitor market and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
  • Develop monthly sales forecasts and lead annual account-level operational planning with regional input.
  • Support pricing strategy (including annual pricing increases) and advise on RFP processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CPG, Tech & Durables, or consumer research sales.
  • Experience with Brand Tracking and Consumer Insights methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
  • Proven ability to design and execute commercial strategies for retention, growth, and acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong stakeholder management.
