What you will do
- Prospect, strategize, and qualify leads to develop the customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Engage with prospects and build strong business relationships across departments.
- Develop effective account plans and strategies to exceed sales quotas.
- Conduct high-level meetings with C-suite and VP-level executives to demonstrate products and close deals.
- Collaborate daily with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
- Contribute to the Italian market expansion by understanding the landscape and developing new strategies.
Requirements
- Proficient Italian and professional English required.
- At least 1 year of sales experience as an Account Executive or related roles.
- Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills with a track record of successful sales.
- Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation.
- Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented, accountable, self-motivated, and a team player.
