What you will do

  • Prospect, strategize, and qualify leads to develop the customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Engage with prospects and build strong business relationships across departments.
  • Develop effective account plans and strategies to exceed sales quotas.
  • Conduct high-level meetings with C-suite and VP-level executives to demonstrate products and close deals.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
  • Contribute to the Italian market expansion by understanding the landscape and developing new strategies.

Requirements

  • Proficient Italian and professional English required.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as an Account Executive or related roles.
  • Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills with a track record of successful sales.
  • Tech-savvy with a passion for digital innovation.
  • Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented, accountable, self-motivated, and a team player.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Sales Development, Customer Satisfaction, or Project Management.
