What you will do
- Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- Identify and develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities that generate additional value for clients and the company.
- Design and present tailored value propositions aligned with client needs and strategic objectives.
- Promote digital and technological solutions that enhance client operations and innovation.
- Manage the full account lifecycle, including renewal discussions, contract extensions, and term negotiations.
- Collaborate with post-sales and delivery teams to guarantee seamless execution and customer success.
Requirements
- Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Experience in account management and commercial development within the technology sector.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions, specifically Azure and Office 365.
- Experience with CSP licensing models.
- Ability to develop consultative, value-based messaging for cloud solutions.
- Must be based in Santiago de Chile.

- Up-to-date Microsoft certifications such as Office 365 or Azure.
