What you will do

  • Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure continuous engagement and satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities that generate additional value for clients and the company.
  • Design and present tailored value propositions aligned with client needs and strategic objectives.
  • Promote digital and technological solutions that enhance client operations and innovation.
  • Manage the full account lifecycle, including renewal discussions, contract extensions, and term negotiations.
  • Collaborate with post-sales and delivery teams to guarantee seamless execution and customer success.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields.
  • Experience in account management and commercial development within the technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions, specifically Azure and Office 365.
  • Experience with CSP licensing models.
  • Ability to develop consultative, value-based messaging for cloud solutions.
  • Must be based in Santiago de Chile.

Nice to have

  • Up-to-date Microsoft certifications such as Office 365 or Azure.
