What you will do

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet revenue objectives within the Peruvian territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, site visits, and seminars for customers and partners.
  • Educate integrators, distributors, and consultants on the benefits of Axis solutions.
  • Perform market research and qualify new partners and end users.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to share market knowledge and drive promotional activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales-driven position.
  • Strong technical background and ability to tailor presentations to customer needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel 50%-70% of the time.
  • Physical ability to lift 9-22 kgs as required for equipment demonstrations.
