Salary: $64.47 — $80.58 per hour

What you will do

• Work with creative teams to ensure clear information flows within assigned pipelines.
• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps to ensure goals are met.
• Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to key collaborators frequently.
• Ensure cross-department visibility and track dependencies effectively.
• Refine shared production processes to increase studio efficiency and quality.
• Serve as a mentor and provide leadership to new and existing production team members.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of proven experience in a production role supporting AAA project delivery.
• Solid understanding of video game development and software development processes.
• Experience working with character development and cross-discipline pipelines.
• Expertise in common production methodologies and software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
