Salary: $64.47 - $80.58 per hour

What you will do

• Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure clear information flow within assigned pipelines and communicate status, risks, and opportunities to collaborators.
• Track cross-department dependencies and communicate the impact of scope changes.
• Refine shared production processes to increase studio efficiency and overall quality.
• Mentor new and existing production team members, providing leadership and resources.
• Collaborate with the tools team to advance the development of production-related software.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in a production role supporting the delivery of AAA projects.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Solid understanding of video game development, software processes, and project management practices.
• Experience working with character development and cross-discipline pipelines.
• Expertise in common Production methodologies and software.
• Strong organizational skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
