What you will do

  • Define and execute the vision for a modern, scalable billing organization supporting subscription, usage-based, and consumption-based monetization models.
  • Lead the transformation of billing systems and processes to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy.
  • Partner with Product, Pricing, Revenue Operations, and Finance to operationalize new products and go-to-market motions.
  • Drive AI-powered automation and workflow optimization to reduce manual effort and accelerate revenue realization.
  • Build and lead high-performing global teams while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on monetization operations, customer retention, and business scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or Engineering (MBA strongly preferred).
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across Billing, Revenue, or Finance Operations.
  • Minimum 5 years leading large-scale global organizations in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving transformational change in high-growth SaaS or subscription technology businesses.
  • Deep expertise in subscription, usage-based, and recurring revenue business models.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale transformations involving Billing, CPQ, CRM, and ERP platforms.
