What you will do

  • Act as the primary contact for designated enterprise accounts, aligning hirify.global solutions with unique customer objectives.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and the partner network to ensure exceptional client support.
  • Monitor customer health and promptly address issues to ensure long-term partnership stability.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of enterprise software sales experience.
  • Experience selling Content Management (CMS), Customer Experience (CX), Commerce, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Ability to build rapport and credibility with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset focused on driving retention and revenue.
  • Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
