What you will do
- Act as the primary contact for designated enterprise accounts, aligning solutions with unique customer objectives.
- Identify and execute opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and the partner network to ensure exceptional client support.
- Monitor customer health and promptly address issues to ensure long-term partnership stability.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform product enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of enterprise software sales experience.
- Experience selling Content Management (CMS), Customer Experience (CX), Commerce, or Digital Asset Management (DAM) technologies.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to build rapport and credibility with executive-level stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset focused on driving retention and revenue.
- Must be based in Tokyo, Japan
