What you will do

• Perform quality assurance assignments on financial and IT risk control activities both locally and globally.
• Advise on risk controls during designated projects, business developments, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal business partners and global functions including ORM, IRM, CAS, and NFR.
• Manage non-financial risk (NFR) activities, including governance documents, SOX testing, and Business Continuity planning.
• Monitor testing cycles and ensure the delivery of proper evidence.
• Coordinate with business teams, risk experts, and leadership to ensure alignment and goal achievement.

Requirements

• University BSc Degree, preferably in Finance and/or IT.
• 4-8 years of experience in Audit or (Non-Financial) Risk Management.
• Proven experience with Audit assignments, Finance & IT Control Assessments, and SOX Testing.
• Knowledge of banking business processes, procedures, systems, and relevant laws/regulations.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Must be based in Manila.
