What you will do

• Manage end-to-end governance, validation, consolidation, and documentation for assigned CSRD and ESRS metrics.
• Apply controlling principles to ESG KPIs, including consistency, comparability, reconciliation, and plausibility.
• Perform quality reviews, variance analysis, and year-over-year and cross-site comparisons.
• Prepare and govern external sustainability disclosures with audit-ready documentation and traceability.
• Design and improve ESG internal control systems, reporting systems, data models, and automated processes.
• Advise ESG data owners and coordinate with financial controlling, internal controls, stakeholders, and auditors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in controlling, finance, reporting, audit, or ESG-related roles.
• Knowledge of EU CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy, KPI frameworks, reporting governance, and internal control frameworks.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and data analysis skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in digital reporting tools, data systems, and process automation.
• Fluent English required. Experience with SAP FI/CO and MS Office is expected.
