Director, Finance Shared Services (AI)

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations across Record to Insight, Global Expense Management, and Professional Services Finance Operations.
• Own service delivery performance, including SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, throughput, productivity, backlog, and close-cycle execution.
• Establish operational review cadences, KPI dashboards, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
• Manage and coach Senior Managers while overseeing succession planning, workforce planning, hiring strategy, and resource optimization.
• Partner with Strategic Finance, Controllership, Legal, Marketing, HR, and IT to align finance operations with business priorities.
• Maintain internal controls, audit compliance, financial data integrity, and process documentation.

Requirements

• BS in Accountancy and CPA qualification.
• Strong experience across shared service functions such as Record to Report, Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, Order to Cash, and Professional Services Finance.
• At least 10 years of team leadership experience, including management of senior leaders and multifunctional teams.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center and strong knowledge of service delivery governance, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, problem-solving, and deadline-management skills, including willingness to work extended hours.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Workday, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
