What you will do

• Own end-to-end service delivery for R2I, GEM, and PS Finance operations.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and operational review cadences.
• Manage and coach senior managers to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Strategic Finance, Controllership, Legal, and IT.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial data integrity.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and service delivery issues.

Requirements

• BS Accountancy and CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of team leadership experience in a Shared Service Center environment.
• Deep understanding of service delivery governance, KPIs, and operational metrics.
• Proven track record managing senior leaders and multi-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Workday.
• Ability to work within tight deadlines and willingness to work extended hours.
