Head of Finance Operations (Medical Devices)

What you will do

• Lead and optimize finance operations across Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Treasury Operations.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Billing and Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Credit Management, and shared services activities.
• Translate CFO priorities into operational plans, transformation roadmaps, and execution programs.
• Drive automation, digitalization, ERP optimization, AI-enabled analytics, process reengineering, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen internal controls, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, risk management, reporting, and management dashboards.
• Partner with business units, IT, HR, procurement, FP&A, auditors, regulators, and external service providers.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a senior Finance Operations leadership role.
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Cycle Management, Billing and Invoicing, and Working Capital Management.
• Experience managing Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Shared Services, or Finance Operations teams in multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, revenue recognition, taxation, compliance, audit requirements, ERP systems, and finance automation.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, leadership, business partnering, executive presence, and strategic execution capabilities.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or similarly regulated industries is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant qualification.
• MBA or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business, or Leadership.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
