What you will do

• Lead and optimize core finance operations, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Treasury.
• Act as a strategic execution partner to the CFO, translating priorities into operational plans and transformation roadmaps.
• Drive finance transformation initiatives focusing on automation, digitalization, ERP optimization, and AI-enabled analytics.
• Ensure strong internal controls, regulatory compliance, and audit readiness in partnership with Risk and Internal Audit functions.
• Oversee financial data integrity and reporting processes to enable real-time, data-driven business insights.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including outsourced service providers, auditors, and regulators.

Requirements

• 12–15 years of progressive Finance and Accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior Finance Operations leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, Revenue Cycle Management, Billing & Invoicing, and Working Capital Management.
• CPA certification is preferred; MBA or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Business, or Leadership is an advantage.
• Experience within healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, finance automation, and shared services transformation.
• Must be based in or able to work in Taguig City, Philippines under a hybrid model.
