What you will do

• Prepare official receipts by computing and writing correct amounts.
• Scan official receipts and prepare transmittals for customer delivery.
• Manage the filing of receiving copies and BIR Form 2307.
• Create and distribute invoices and statements to customers via email and courier.
• Verify data input to ensure the accuracy of final billing.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
