Location: San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday in-office; remote options on other days)
Salary: $165,000 - $185,000

What you will do
- Manage and execute global Customer Advisory programs including executive Customer Advisory Boards for AMER and EMEA cohorts and a global product council.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify strategic customers and translate successes into multi-format marketing engagements.
- Act as primary liaison between customers and marketing to source appropriate engagement opportunities.
- Drive adoption of customer content across the organization and manage feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align customer stories with business needs.
- Integrate AI into marketing workflows to enhance program effectiveness.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco with hybrid office schedule
- 6+ years in Marketing or Public Relations with 5+ years in customer-facing roles focused on customer relationships and storytelling.
- Experience coordinating technology Customer Advisory Boards; B2B SaaS experience preferred.
- Strong collaborative skills partnering across Sales, Success, and Product teams.
- Commitment to exceptional customer experiences in marketing engagements.
- Ability to travel for customer events and marketing activities.
