What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer co-marketing launches, managing stakeholders and timelines from outreach to publication.
• Own and maintain the customer evidence library, including case studies, video stories, and a logo repository.
• Develop new co-marketing opportunities across blog posts, webinars, press releases, and social content.
• Establish and manage a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) and a structured customer reference program.
• Coordinate with design, social, and sales teams to ensure assets are correctly built and distributed.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or a closely related function.
• Proven track record of building customer advocacy programs for technical audiences or at early-stage companies.
• Ability to craft narratives that resonate with developers while articulating clear business value.
• Experience producing diverse content formats: technical blog posts, case studies, and video testimonials.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to build processes in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Location: Based in San Francisco or New York.
