Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York (Hybrid)

Salary: $145,000 – $240,000

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end product launches, including positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy.
  • Develop product-focused content for the website and customer education materials.
  • Create a library of customer stories, including case studies, video, and social content.
  • Build training and enablement collateral to support Sales and Success teams.
  • Partner with EPD to translate technical features into clear customer outcomes.
  • Champion the customer voice and sharpen competitive positioning against legacy CRMs.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in product marketing.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York (Hybrid).
  • Exceptional writing skills for positioning, web copy, and storytelling.
  • Strong aesthetic taste and ability to articulate a vision for high-quality creative work.
  • Proven ability to own projects from start to finish with a bias for speed.
  • Fluent in AI tools and workflows to work smarter and ship better.

Nice to have

  • Experience producing high-quality video and web content.
  • Prior experience working at a design-led company.
