What you will do

• Build a customer advocacy program spanning case studies, testimonials, video stories, and a searchable reference pipeline.
• Design lifecycle and expansion campaigns to drive onboarding, adoption, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead joint marketing with technology and channel partners, including co-branded campaigns and enablement materials.
• Support customer and partner presence at industry events and user conferences, turning event moments into social proof.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Partnerships to align marketing programs with revenue goals.

Requirements

• 4 to 7+ years of experience in customer marketing, partner marketing, or product marketing.
• Proven experience building advocacy or reference programs and storytelling.
• Experience running co-marketing programs with technology or channel partners.
• Strong project management skills across multiple programs and stakeholders.
• Ability to connect program activity to pipeline and revenue.
• Must be based in the US (specifically Colorado, California, or New York City for listed pay ranges).

Nice to have

• Experience with customer advisory boards or user communities.
• Familiarity with review platforms such as G2, Gartner Peer Insights, or TrustRadius.
• Experience marketing alongside large technology alliances or OEM partnerships.
• Background in Industrial tech, AI, manufacturing, or B2B SaaS.
