What you will do

  • Lead day-to-day HR operations for the PH entity, including payroll administration and statutory compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding for Philippines-based employees.
  • Own local hiring operations, including pre-employment requirements, offer letter execution, and onboarding readiness.
  • Integrate AI tools into People Ops workflows to automate policy drafting, regulatory research, and data synthesis.
  • Translate global company frameworks (compensation, performance, DE&I) into PH-compliant local policies.
  • Manage and develop junior HR team members within a distributed environment.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of HR/People Ops experience with deep hands-on knowledge of Philippines HR operations.
  • Solid command of the Philippine Labor Code, including due process, twin-notice rules, and termination proceedings.
  • Must be based in Manila for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and a rigorous approach to data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated fluency in using AI tools to accelerate HR workflows and productivity.
  • Experience operating as a player-coach in a distributed, multi-entity global environment.
