What you will do

• Lead HR operational processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and promotions.
• Partner with the CPO to build and improve systems for performance management and workforce planning.
• Implement AI-powered tools and workflows to automate repetitive tasks and surface people insights.
• Manage employee data integrity within Rippling and Greenhouse.
• Analyze HR metrics such as turnover, engagement, and time-to-hire to drive data-informed leadership decisions.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment laws.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in operations and generalist roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Demonstrated AI fluency (e.g., Claude/ChatGPT) for automation and reporting.
• Proficiency in Rippling and Greenhouse.
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and compliance requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting HR functions in Europe.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
