What you will do
- Lead the global delivery of employee lifecycle processes, ensuring consistent execution against service levels across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
- Define and refine the People Operations operating model to enhance service delivery and operational discipline globally.
- Maintain high data integrity and governance within Workday, ensuring the system remains a reliable record for all employee data.
- Drive operational transformation through process redesign, automation, and the implementation of AI-enabled tools.
- Oversee audit readiness and support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance.
- Manage and coach a globally distributed team, fostering a culture of precision, ownership, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday, including transaction processing and data governance.
- Experience operating within controlled, audit-driven environments (SOX exposure preferred).
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and system optimization.
- Must be based in Singapore.
