What you will do

  • Lead the global delivery of employee lifecycle processes, ensuring consistent execution against service levels across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
  • Define and refine the People Operations operating model to enhance service delivery and operational discipline globally.
  • Maintain high data integrity and governance within Workday, ensuring the system remains a reliable record for all employee data.
  • Drive operational transformation through process redesign, automation, and the implementation of AI-enabled tools.
  • Oversee audit readiness and support internal and external audits, including SOX compliance.
  • Manage and coach a globally distributed team, fostering a culture of precision, ownership, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading geographically distributed teams across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Workday, including transaction processing and data governance.
  • Experience operating within controlled, audit-driven environments (SOX exposure preferred).
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and system optimization.
  • Must be based in Singapore.
