TL;DR

Focus on building scalable operational systems, integrating AI-native workflows into HR, and ensuring audit readiness (SOC2) during rapid scale-up.

hirify.global builds the foundation for agent engineering, offering a platform for building, evaluating, and deploying AI agents at scale.

What you will do

  • Own People Ops end-to-end, including HRIS integrity, benefits administration, and onboarding/offboarding.
  • Build and maintain the compliance layer for US multi-state and global employment laws.
  • Architect and govern People policies, including the employee handbook and leave frameworks.
  • Design and implement People Ops automations using tools like Zapier, Make, or LLMs.
  • Lead global employment operations and manage EoR provider relationships across US, UK, EU, and APAC.
  • Oversee employee relations, accommodations, and SOC2 compliance audit readiness.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in People Ops or HR Operations at a high-growth technology company.
  • Deep, hands-on experience with Rippling (workflow config, data integrity).
  • Proven experience in global employment and EoR coordination (e.g., Deel, Remote, Multiplier).
  • Ability to build automations independently using Zapier, Make, or LLM-assisted workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of California employment law and multi-state compliance.
  • Fluency in using AI tools to increase operational leverage.

Nice to have

  • Experience at a high-growth AI or developer tools company.
  • Familiarity with hirify.global, LangSmith, or LangGraph.
  • Experience setting up 401(k) match or STD/LTD programs from scratch.
  • Direct experience with SOC2 compliance on the People side.
