What you will do

• Define the product vision and roadmap for platform-level experiences, including navigation, global utilities, and shared surfaces.
• Translate customer feedback and analytics into a sequenced roadmap that delivers incremental value.
• Lead cross-functional execution across design, engineering, and product teams without direct authority.
• Ensure a coherent experience across the full product suite as new capabilities are introduced.
• Define and track success metrics to guide prioritization and strategic trade-offs.
• Identify and pitch new opportunities to improve platform-enabled customer value and product-led growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform, shared infrastructure, or cross-product work.
• Proven track record shipping platform-level features in a multi-product SaaS environment.
• Strong instincts for user experience and information architecture.
• Experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams in a matrixed organization.
• Familiarity with front-end platform concepts like component modularization and design systems.
• Must be based in Canada or the USA.
