What you will do
- Define the product vision and roadmap for platform-level experiences, including navigation, global utilities, and shared surfaces.
- Translate customer feedback and analytics into a sequenced roadmap that delivers incremental value.
- Lead cross-functional execution across design, engineering, and product teams without direct authority.
- Ensure a coherent experience across the full product suite as new capabilities are introduced.
- Define and track success metrics to guide prioritization and strategic trade-offs.
- Identify and pitch new opportunities to improve platform-enabled customer value and product-led growth.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on platform, shared infrastructure, or cross-product work.
- Proven track record shipping platform-level features in a multi-product SaaS environment.
- Strong instincts for user experience and information architecture.
- Experience leading cross-functional, distributed teams in a matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with front-end platform concepts like component modularization and design systems.
- Must be based in Canada or the USA.
