What you will do

• Shape the product vision for the search and shop booking journey across flights, hotels, and rental cars.
• Collaborate with hirify.globalering, design, and data teams to deliver features that improve discovery, selection, and booking.
• Lead the design and rollout of scalable search and shop features to drive conversion and user confidence.
• Utilize customer research, A/B testing, and behavioral insights to guide roadmap decisions and optimize outcomes.
• Translate complex ideas into actionable plans and align stakeholders through clear communication.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management.
• Experience in travel tech, marketplaces, or booking platforms.
• Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration and ability to influence teams.
• Deep understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Proven ability to use data, experimentation, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
• Must be based in the USA
