Learning Design & Development Specialist (Instructional Design): Designing digital learning experiences and eLearning series for manufacturing employees with an accent on story-driven narratives and behavior change. Location: Remote (USA). Must work EST hours (8 AM - 5 PM)

Salary: $74,200 – $78,200

What you will do

• Design and develop learning assets, specifically focusing on Vyond videos and Articulate Storyline modules.
• Create complete learning narratives, including story flow, scripting, and learner interactions from high-level outlines.
• Write clear voiceover scripts that translate complex, process-heavy manufacturing content into practical job scenarios.
• Apply Mayer’s Principles of Multimedia Learning to ensure content is concise and visually effective.
• Collaborate with SMEs to ensure content accuracy while independently shaping the presentation.
• Manage deliverables from intake through development, incorporating feedback to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 1–3 years of experience in instructional design, content development, or learning experience design.
• Demonstrated experience using Vyond to create learning videos.
• Experience developing eLearning using Articulate Storyline.
• Proven ability to write clear, engaging scripts for voiceovers and scenarios.
• Understanding of instructional design principles such as ADDIE and action mapping.
• Ability to work EST hours (8 AM - 5 PM).

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated environments such as GxP, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing.
