Training Specialist

Location: Remote — eligible US locations

Base salary: $56,500–$88,500 per year, plus performance bonuses, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain eLearning and instructor-led training, including exams and certifications, for product launches, policy updates, and procedure changes.
• Build and deploy refresh training based on QA results, Customer Effort Scores, and related performance data.
• Host train-the-trainer sessions for SME trainers supporting seasonal new-hire classes and update rollouts.
• Audit training materials with SMEs to identify inaccurate, outdated, or missing information.
• Build working relationships with SME trainers, partner teams, and BPO leaders while incorporating feedback.
• Own Seismic administration, including distribution groups, enrollments, completion and assessment reporting, feature evaluation, and closing training gaps with BPO leaders.

Requirements

• 2+ years of instructional design, training, or learning and development experience.
• Experience building eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments using ADDIE or a similar model, with tools such as Articulate or Camtasia.
• Familiarity with Kirkpatrick or a similar model for measuring training effectiveness.
• Experience administering an LMS such as Seismic, formerly Lessonly, Docebo, or an equivalent, including user groups, enrollments, and reporting.
• Experience facilitating virtual training, including train-the-trainer sessions; experience with globally distributed or BPO teams is preferred.
• Flexibility to support work beyond training when priorities shift, for short-term needs or longer-term changes in focus.
• AI tools used during interviews must be disclosed and cited; undisclosed or uncited use results in disqualification.

• Passion for cycling, running, or fitness.
• Experience supporting internal and BPO outsourced contact center teams.
• Familiarity with hirify.global, gaming, the software industry, or fitness technology.
