Instructional Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, Poland or the Philippines. An office-based option is also available.

What you will do

• Develop learning objectives and course outlines based on client requirements.
• Create scripts, storyboards, and engaging digital learning content.
• Build and publish e-learning courses using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles, translating complex information into clear learning experiences.
• Collaborate with account teams, subject-matter experts, and designers throughout project delivery.
• Present work to clients, explain learning and design decisions, and incorporate feedback and revisions while maintaining quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, digital learning, corporate training, or a related field.
• Experience creating learning objectives, course outlines, scripts, and storyboards.
• Hands-on experience building e-learning courses in Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging learning experiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Flexibility to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on production; experience collaborating with subject-matter experts and cross-functional teams.
• Confidence presenting work to clients when required.
• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, learning management systems, accessibility considerations, and e-learning quality assurance.
• Fluent English at B2/C1 level.

Nice to have

• Experience with HeyGen for avatar-based learning content.
• Experience with Synthesia or similar content-production tools.
• Experience using generative AI tools to support learning content development.
