Learning Experience Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and develop eLearning modules, instructional videos, and interactive content for hirify.global Academy.
• Improve education systems, workflows, and learner experiences through technology, automation, and AI tools.
• Support the design and enhancement of high-stakes certification programs and collaborate on rigorous certification exam questions.
• Work with subject matter experts and stakeholders to convert complex topics into clear, engaging learning experiences.
• Manage learning projects from concept through launch, maintaining timelines and alignment with learning objectives.
• Use learner feedback and analytics to improve content and contribute to the overall learning strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related field, focused on eLearning and/or certification development.
• Proficiency with SCORM authoring, LMS, video editing, and other eLearning development tools.
• Strong use of AI to drive learning outcomes.
• Experience developing and launching high-stakes certification programs.
• Ability to transform technical or complex information into concise, engaging learning experiences.
• Strong project management skills, including balancing priorities and delivering high-quality content on time.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and feedback from Product and Engineering teams so content reflects product updates and innovations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of learning analytics and adult learning theory, plus instructional design best practices.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology or SaaS industry, particularly analytics or data-driven environments.
• Familiarity with hirify.global, product analytics, experimentation, or data management.
• Experience building MCP servers, LLM skills, or applications using language models.
