What you will do
- Collaborate with Project Management and Sales teams to assess scope changes and develop pricing estimates for projects of varying complexity.
- Develop Change Orders, client budgets, and proposal documents using standardized templates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Product, and Science stakeholders to determine optimal pricing strategies for complex trials.
- Analyze and interpret Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and study protocols.
- Mentor and train junior team members and conduct peer reviews of pricing documentation.
- Maintain accurate budget and pricing information within internal systems and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Costa Rica
- 3+ years of relevant experience in life sciences, clinical research, or a related field.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical industry terminology and practices.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
