What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash process, ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Finance, and Legal.
• Oversee contracts, billing schedules, and commercial terms to prevent revenue leakage and invoicing errors.
• Monitor AR aging, prioritize overdue balances, and resolve complex billing disputes for enterprise customers.
• Analyze key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, Churn) and develop executive dashboards to provide visibility into revenue performance.
• Standardize SOPs and participate in the optimization of CRM, ERP, and billing platforms to reduce manual work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Order-to-Cash, Billing Operations, or FP&A.
• Proven experience working within SaaS or subscription-based B2B technology environments.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for financial modeling and large dataset analysis.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition principles under IFRS 15 and/or ASC 606.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.

• Experience in international SaaS or scale-up environments.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, or billing system implementations.
• Knowledge of indirect taxes and international invoicing.
• SQL and data modeling knowledge for advanced analysis.
