What you will do

• Conduct repricing and member experience analyses using prospect data.
• Compose and refine compelling pricing offers tailored for large enterprise employers.
• Generate pricing data and comprehensive responses for RFP platforms.
• Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Legal, and Revenue teams to drive growth and win prospects.
• Assess and mitigate risks associated with various pricing and RFP response strategies.
• Provide strategic support during legal and contractual negotiations regarding pricing and reconciliation terms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 10+ years of experience working with pharmacy benefits RFPs, contracts, AWP discount pricing, and rebate guarantees.
• Experience analyzing historical claims data to perform reprice and trend analyses.
• Proven track record of leading discussions with employers, brokers, and pharmacy benefits consultants.
• High proficiency in Excel and experience with Salesforce, Box, or Google Suite.
• Must be based in the United States (indicated by 401k and US-specific benefit offerings).
