Treasury Implementation Consultant (German-Speaking)

Location: Geneva, Switzerland. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration expected for 10+ days per month.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify client pain points, workflows, and technical requirements.
• Design and document target-state treasury processes and configure hirify.global Treasury solutions.
• Advise clients on treasury best practices and modernization of legacy processes.
• Configure the platform and align the technical setup with client strategy.
• Deliver user training and help clients realize value from the solution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams and provide feedback for the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting or software implementation, particularly with ERP or SaaS products.
• Technical understanding of complex software ecosystems and data flows between treasury systems, banks, and ERPs.
• Experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounting, or Finance, including cash flow, debt, and financial risk.
• Expertise in treasury areas such as cash management, payments, risk, or hedge accounting.
• Professional proficiency in English and German is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts through accessible financial language.
