Senior Business Value Consultant (Banking)

What you will do

• Own value-based customer engagements from early pipeline stages through deal closure.
• Develop board-ready business cases covering ROI, TCO, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level value stories linking solution capabilities to customer strategy, regulatory drivers, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide value-focused input for complex RFIs and RFPs, including scenario modelling and commercial impact assessments.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and contribute to transformation roadmaps, value frameworks, and reusable banking assets.
• Support post-implementation value tracking and customer success narratives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking technology, management consulting, value advisory, or solution consulting within financial services.
• Experience owning, structuring, and defending business cases with senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives and executive committees.
• Strong understanding of how business value is created, quantified, and communicated in large-scale banking transformations.
• Ability to connect business strategy, financial impact, and technology enablement into a coherent value narrative.
• Understanding of core banking, payments, or transactional banking processes.
