What you will do

• Lead value-based engagements from early pipeline phases through to deal closure.
• Develop robust, board-ready business cases focusing on ROI, TCO, cost avoidance, and operational efficiency.
• Create and deliver executive-level value stories linking capabilities to regulatory drivers and customer strategy.
• Drive value-focused input for complex RFIs/RFPs using scenario modelling and commercial impact assessments.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops to align on priorities, success metrics, and transformation roadmaps.
• Support post-implementation value tracking to demonstrate realized business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in banking technology, management consulting, value advisory, or solution consulting.
• Proven track record of structuring and defending business cases with C-level and executive committees.
• Deep understanding of business value quantification within large-scale banking transformations.
• Ability to synthesize business strategy, financial impact, and technology enablement into credible narratives.
• Solid knowledge of core banking, payments, or transactional banking processes.
