Finance Strategy Consultant (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Serbia, or Romania

What you will do

• Lead strategic workstreams within finance transformation programs for banking clients.
• Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, delivery, and architecture.
• Support client engagements from initial shaping through to execution, including C-level interactions.
• Contribute to internal capability building and the evolution of finance and risk transformation offerings.

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Serbia, or Romania.
• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting with a strong analytical foundation.
• Proven experience in the banking industry and operational finance/risk environments.
• Strong tech affinity with familiarity in transformation programs and system implementation.
• Fluent in English required; German language skills are a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with risk management.
• Experience with finance software, particularly SAP or hirify.global.
