What you will do

• Drive sales growth and business development, building long-term relationships with key global clients.
• Work with global strategic accounts, shaping client agendas and driving engagement at senior levels.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable roadmaps and innovative, technology-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate across functions to ensure holistic transformation outcomes.
• Engage with C-level stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on banking performance, risk, and transformation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting with a strong analytical foundation.
• Extensive finance for banks expertise, with a deep understanding of industry dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong financial steering knowledge, including KPIs, accounting principles, and performance management.
• Hands-on experience in financial transformation, covering process redesign and system implementation.
• Proven ability to lead strategic change initiatives and navigate operational finance environments.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
